Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. To guarantee our ability to meet your booking requirements, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any chauffeur driven bookings.  We must stress that we will try to meet any booking requirements not falling within the agreed time frame, only bookings confirmed within our set time frame will be guaranteed.
  2. Hire time starts when the car leaves the garage and ends when the car has returned to the garage, except those hires to or from various airports or those which are subject of a fixed charge or those where the mileage charges starts when the hirer first goes into the car and terminates when he/she leaves the car.
  3. All credit accounts are invoiced on a weekly basis and accounts not paid within 14 days will be subject to a surcharge of 5% per month after.  We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.  Where extensive abuse of client credit terms continues, the termination of that account may occur without prior notice.
  4. All charges in the amounts specified herein and in the current tariff published by the Company are payable in advance except where a hirer has a credit account approved by the Company.
  5. When a car is hired for a week or longer period, whilst every endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and driver during such a period the Company reserve the right to substitute any other car or driver accordingly.
  6. The Company expressly prohibits any person other than their own drivers from driving the cars.
  7. The Company accepts responsibility for damage to their cars by fire or collision and the company’s legal liability for third party claims arising from the use of their cars.
  8. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
  9. The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
  10. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage, which in the opinion of the driver amounts to excessive weight, will not be carried.  The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
  11. The Company reserve the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received 48 hours prior to the chauffeur car hire.
